(05c) (09a) Greece, other countries and their relation towards the EU

Everyone in Europe (and elsewhere) who reads and watches the news should know that Greece is in serious troubles, as are many other (European) countries. Europe (and the rest of the world) is demanding that Greece (and other countries) puts its finances in place, and rightly so as many countries in Europe are sacrificing a lot of their own financial reserves to save Greece. But, I think Europe should do it differently to prevent other countries going bankrupt. This can only be done when Europe reforms, and this is the problem: the country that is not doing much to help other countries also prevents these necessary reforms to happen by vetoing them (unless may be someone from that country is allowed to be the boss in Europe and then that person may demand these reforms so he/she will be able to implement tough actions in the EU).
